On my last road trip, I fell in love with an opal piece at a roadside stop. I spent the rest of the ride home researching opal, and how I can make some affordably- because natural opal is insanely costly… But there is so much glue and glitter fake opal out there and I refuse to use that. The solution I found is Sterling Opal- which is the EXACT SAME chemical composition to natural opal, it’s just grown in a lab! Still pricey, but definitely do-able! And absolutely no glitter and glue, lol…
Always hand set in sterling and fine silver, stamped .925 and my maker’s mark. These should easily fit a 6mm pearl.
A includes Kingman Turquoise and measures 1 3/8” from top of bale rings to bottom of pendant.
B has Palomino and measures just over 1 1/2” from top of bale rings to bottom of pendant.
